All orders are sent insured. Claims are provided if the shipment is lost or damaged during transit.

No, we don't provide cash on delivery.

In normal conditions, a product from bkpbooks takes around 2-5 business days to reach your doorstep in India and for all the orders from International 3-9 business days. However, we cannot guarantee a period for the delivery since the delivery time also depends upon security and customs clearances, flight delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. On our part, we ensure that each product reaches its destination as quickly as possible in perfect condition.

In case of a replacement for an item, the request has to be made within 5 days of the purchase date. The product for replacement should be in original condition, unused, and packed in its package with its tags and labels. Return the product to our address, where after assessing the condition of the product we will initiate a Refund/Exchange, which will be reflected in your account.
