DR R Ganapathi

Dr. R. Ganapathi, born in 1965 at Gori Kothapalli in Warangal District, did his M.A. in Ancient Indian History, Culture, and Archaeology and his M.A. in History from Osmania University Hyderabad. In 1997, Osmania University awarded him a Doctor of Philosophy degree for his thesis, 'Place of Subordinate Rulers in the Kakatiya Polity'. In 1999, he completed his M.Com. and M.Ed. from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. He wrote a book, “Telugu vari varasatvam," in Telugu.
He has contributed several research articles to various reputed journals run by the Department of Archaeology & Museums, State Archives Government of A.P., proceedings of the A.P. History Congress, and Telugu Academy. He maintains affiliations with academic bodies such as the A.P. History Congress, Indian History Congress, Telugu Gosthi, and Archaeological Society of India, and has actively participated in numerous seminars. He is the honorary president of the Creative Education and Cultural Organization, Warangal.
He also submitted a project report entitled 'A Study on Drop-outs and Stagnation in Primary Education with Special Reference to Warangal District A.P.' He is currently participating in various primary education development programs that Warangal district, Andhra Pradesh, has launched. The Government of Telangana awarded him the State Best Teacher in recognition of his services in the field of school education.
